  • Screenshots

Alright, I was tagged to post screenshots of my desktop so here we go :O  The first screenshot is what it looks like without any fullscreen apps, and the second is what it more often looks like.   In the first screenshot you can see my minimalist blue background.  My IM clients are open on the vertical monitor on the left, as is Firefox.  On the right side are my instances of Visual Studios containing secret Xanga codez.

  • Pray tell what size monitor(s) are you using? Sheesh!

  • 24″ and 22″ ;)

  • Wow, that’s awesome!

  • Them are some nice monitors..

  • Blue background, that’s hardcore!

  • All of these screenshots make me want to cough up the money for a second monitor.

  • How come you don’t have 3 monitors?

  • lame background yo!

  • I agree with Jon. What a lame background you have.

  • seriously, you write code with your editor window that wide? My eyes start freaking out after 72 characters or so on a single line!

  • I don’t have 3 monitors because it isn’t worth the neck strain of looking back and forth all the time. And I do write code with the editor that wide heh. Usually code doesn’t nearly go across the whole screen, but html does because of all the indentation and long lines. I find it annoying when I have to scroll to read a huge line of html, which still happens sometimes even with it that wide :o

  • It’s nice too see someone else actually making use of the blogring features. Hope you don’t mind me dropping in for a comment.

What resolution are you at? I’m on a laptop with a funny 1680×1050 resolution that looks a lot like what you’ve got there.

Also, what’s up with the left side? Is that a 16:10 turned vertical? Pretty clever.

  • Not only do I use the blogring pools, I also did all the programming
for them ;)   My monitors are both 16:10.  The smaller one is 1680 by
1050, and the bigger one is 1920 by 1200.
